Every system that’s supposed to serve people — healthcare, education, workforce development, veterans’ services — works beautifully for those who know how to navigate it. For everyone else, it’s a maze of paperwork, deadlines, denials, and doors that only open if you know exactly how to knock.
Marshall Health Training Consultants was founded on a simple conviction: navigation should not be a privilege. Families seeking autism-support documentation shouldn’t need a law degree to get their child what the law already promises. A veteran leaving service shouldn’t have to decode three agencies’ worth of requirements to start a business. A worker ready for something better shouldn’t be turned away because nobody taught them the digital skills every application now assumes.
We are a health, outreach, and advocacy practice — veteran-owned, Pennsylvania-based, and built from lived experience with the very systems we help people navigate. Our work spans health-related training, special education and autism-support documentation, workforce readiness, digital literacy, and veteran business readiness. Some of it looks like consulting. Some of it looks like teaching. All of it is the same job: putting knowledge in the hands of people who were doing everything right and still couldn’t get through.
